Reply No Later Than 2 August 2001 Potential sources sought to participate in a Regional Incentive Agreement (RIA) for the regional standardization of Surgical and Disposable Masks. TRICARE Pacific Region 12, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical treatment facilities in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Japan, Korea, and Okinawa is considering standardizing and establishing a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Surgical and Disposable Masks. A list of technical and clinical criteria, along with instructions will be provided to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers who are willing to participate, are holders of a Distribution and Pricing Agreement with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP) and distribute products through DSCP's Prime Vendor program.
