Description

The Office of Contracts and Procurement, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the District of Columbia (D.C.), 941 North Capitol Street, N.E., Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20002, is soliciting expressions of interest from interested firms and organizations to compete for a proposed contract to provide computerized drawing and animation equipment for the D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board (Lottery). The successful firm or organization shall supply two (2) computerized systems and corresponding software for random number generation and digital/graphic productions. In addition, the firm or organization shall supply or provide related equipment and materials; services for installation of the systems; end-user training; maintenance services; and computer system and software upgrades. The Office of Contracts and Procurement intends to award a one-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract resulting from this solicitation, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) one-year terms or fractions thereof, for a total contract term not to exceed (NTE) five (5) years.
