Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), number R3-WZ-01-68. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS code 444190 applies and small business size standard is $5 million. ITEMS: LINE ITEM (1) Barbed wire, 2-point, 12 gauge, DOMESTIC, Quantity: 216 UI: Spool; LINE ITEM (2) Smooth Wire, 12 gauge, DOMESTIC, Quantity 90 UI: Spool; LINE ITEM (3) 5 foot ALL-GREEN T-Post, 1.33 pounds ea, heavy-duty steel, with T-clips, quantity 4770 UI: EA; LINE ITEM (4) 42 inch wire stay, 9 gauge, quantity 144 (bundle of 100), UI: EA. The contractor shall provide the fence items as above to the Cave Creek Ranger District, 40202 North Cave Creek Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85262, no later than 30 calendar days after award. The contractor shall contact Patti Fenner, at the Cave Creek Ranger District, Phone: 480-595-3300 48 hours in advance of delivery to arrange delivery. Contractor shall provide a forklift, deliver, and place the ordered materials in the area designated by the COR. The FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical, applies to this solicitation. Addenda to 52.212-1: 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside is added. 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and addenda to FAR 52.212-3, the following is added, 52.204-3 Taxpayer Identification Number, 52.204-6 Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number, 52.219-1 Small Business Program Representations, 52.222-70 Compliance with Veterans Employment Reporting Requirements. All offerors shall include with their quotation, a completed copy of provision 52.212-3 and the cited addendas.
