Description

The VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia requires the services of a full-service, dental laboratory to provide dental implant construction, partial denture castings and full service for crown and bridge procedures. Contractor shall be certified by the National Association of Dental Laboratories. Contractor shall pick up and deliver impressions, teeth, and other finished product from and to the VAMC Salem Dental Service on a daily basis. Crown and bridge procedures shall be completed within ten (10) working days from the day of pick-up. All complete and partial denture steps shall be completed within four (4) working days of pick up. Contract shall be for a one-year period, October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. NAICS 621999 applies with a small business standard of $7.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation package shall be available o/a July 27, 2001.
