Description

The purpose of this modification is to correct the statement "an acceptable offer was not received". No such determination of offeror acceptability was made. In accordance with FAR 19.502, "Set-Asides", the original announcement published in the Commerce Business Daily on 22 June 2001 under solicitation N63394-01-R-1247, required interested Small Business candidates to provide qualification statements. One Small Business concern, the incumbent, submitted a qualification statement. As a result of not receiving responses from at least two or more responsible Small Business concerns, this solicitation will be unrestricted.
