Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Health Care System has a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC)that will provide primary care to eligible veterans in the Texas counties of Delta, Grayson, Lamar and Red River; and in the Oklahoma counties of Bryan, Choctaw and Mc Curtain The contractor shall provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical care. The contractor shall provide health care providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative support. Compensation shall be made through a monthly capitation payments for each patient in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposed contract. Multiple awards will be considered.
