Provide Home Infusion Services for the beneficiaries of the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Dr., Jackson, MS throughout a specific designated area of coverage for period 10/1/01 -- 9/30/02 with three (3)renewable 1-year option periods. MUST BE JCAHO ACCREDITED.
