Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE-NONCOMMERCIAL SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other items necessary to maintain 986 military family housing units and 100 Temporary Lodging Facilities (TLFs), in a manner that will ensure the units are properly maintained in accordance with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. Military family housing maintenance applies to all housing units (including all interior and exterior components and accessories), fences, garages, mechanical rooms, grounds, sheds, and playgrounds. Appliances, furnishings, carpet, and painting services shall be provided for 11 dormitories (10 on Elmendorf (786 rooms), 1 on Ft Richardson (10 rooms)). Appliances and furnishings services shall be provided to off-base housing.
