Description

The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), has a requirement, contingent upon availability of funding, for security guard services at its Greenville Transmitting Station located in Greenville, North Carolina. Please note the Geographic Restriction: Offerors must have an office, branch or staff representative within 100 mile commuting range of the Greenville Transmitting Station, Greenville, North Carolina. This is a small business set-aside procurement. The Government anticipates awarding a fixed price contract to meet this need. The term of the contract shall be for one year from date of contract award with options to extend for four additional one-year periods. It is anticipated the Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation will be issued on or about July 27, 2001. Firms interested in receiving a copy of Solicitation No. BBGCON3801S5235-BJS must respond in writing to the Contracting Officer at the above address, via facsimile at 202-260-0855, or electronically to bsesky@ibb.gov.
