- Project includes the construction of a new loop to include eleven new campsites to the existing Cut Foot Sioux Horse Camp. It will also modernize the existing hand pump with a new solar powered submersible pump and storage tank to provide potable water. Project located on the Deer River Ranger District, Chippewa N.F., Itasca County, MN. Desired date for starting work is September 15, 2001. Recommended contract time is May 1, 2002.
