Description

IFB EAZ 33-01-105 Pisgah Ranger Station Office Addition and Renovation. Contractor shall provide the complete construction of the east addition and renovations to the Pisgah Ranger Station, complete with exterior renovations, parking areas and septic system modifications. Project is located in Transylvania County, outside of Asheville, North Carolina. There will be Pre-Bid Meeting on August 21, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. EST at the Pisgah Ranger District Office. It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that all prospective bidders attend this meeting. THERE IS A $50 NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE FOR THE SOLICITATION. The check must be received before the plans can be mailed. Make checks out to USDA Forest Service, in remarks put EAZ 33-01-105 and send to Eastern Administrative Zone, ATTN: John S Zgavec, 160-A Zillicoa Street, Asheville NC 28801.
