Description

The ad placed in the CBD on June 25, 2001 is hereby amended to read from 100 percent small business set aside to Full and Open Competition. Contractor to provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace Operating Room (OR) and X-ray air handlers, and selected portions of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) air handlers located on Third Floor, Building No. 1; and remove and replace ICU air handler on the Sixth Floor, all for the Omaha Division, VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105, in strict accordance with drawings and specifications. RFP No. 636-46-01 has been assigned to this solicitation and will be available approximately July 16, 2001, and will be due back by approximately August 15, 2001. NAICS Code No. 235110 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $11.5 million has been assigned to this solicitation. The cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
