Description

Provide all labor and materials to complete the project entitled "EXTEND STANDBY GENERATORS" which includes the following. ARCHITECTURAL: provide a new electrical room, convert the existing electrical room into a mailroom, MECHANICAL: provide new supply and return air ducts to mailroom, ELECTRICAL: Outpatient/clinical additiona building: furnish and install two (2) 400A, 480V, 3-phase automatic transfer switches, including four (4) 400A, 480V, 3-pole circuit breakers, furnish and install new conduit and wires, main building #1: furnish and install one (1) 1600A, 208V, 3-phase main distribution switchboard and three (3) 800A, 208V, 3-phase distribution switchboard,disconnect and remove one (1) 1600A, 208V, 3-phase main distribution switchboard and four (4) 800A, 208V, 3-phase distribution switchboards and required conduit and wire, furnish and install new conduit and wires,and ASBESTOS REMOVAL: Asbestos material removal located in the ceiling and walls of the west half of the mailroom and the associated steam lines located in the adjoining mechanical room. If a paper copy is required there will be a $25.00 charge for drawings and the IFB and should be requested in writing via email (see below), fax (970-244-7721), or letter with check enclosed. The IFB and drawings will be available August 2, 2001. The bid opening is 2:00 pm local time on September 4, 2001. The range is $250,000 to $500,000.
