Description

DESC: Hood Valve Replacement, Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway Utah. This project consists of removing existing laboratory supply and exhaust air flow control system, variable frequency control units, compressed air system and testing and balancing system. Remove and reinstall existing suspended ceiling systems are required to perform the contract work. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the applicable drawings and specifications and shall be subject to all terms and conditions of the contract. The period of Performance will be 180 days after notice to proceed. This project will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract and is 100% small business set aside and is presently subject to the availability of funds. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 19 July 2001. The IFB due date will be on or about 4 September 2001.The NAIC 23511 will apply with a size of $7.0 Million. The magnitude is estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Prospective offers can request drawings by written request or request by E-mail to Contract Specialist at the following address (jaramlr@dugway-emh3.army.mil). This IFB will be published at the Army Single Face to Industry web site, http://acquistion.army.mil. . Prospective offerors should go to the web site to view the solicitation and submit bids. Hard copies will not be mailed. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the Internet.
