THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY -- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the EMMES Corporation, 401 North Washington, Suite 700, Rockville, MD 20850. The purpose of this procurement is to develop two reports. The first report should address the cost of immunosuppressive therapy in children after liver and kidney transplantation and the second report will address special growth and development issues in children pre- and post- transplantation. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. The period of performance for this project is 5 months. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
