Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD, has a requirement for technical, engineering, and administrative support services. An Indefinite Quantity type contract with provisions for cost plus fixed fee task orders is anticipated. Contractor support services are required to support the Naval Air Systems Command, including all business units, competencies, teams, and organizational support elements at all geographical locations. Specific tasks of the statement of work include: Program Development and Management Studies and Services; Program Planning and Operational Analysis; Acquisition Program Specification and Proposal Analysis; Program Management Services; Program Records/Library Support; Documentary and Presentation Materials Preparation Support; Operational Security Program Analysis; Training Systems Technology; Modeling and Simulation; Industrial Operations Support; and Financial Analysis Support. Detailed tasking will be provided by Task Orders placed under the basic contract. The anticipated period of performance is for one Base Year with three Option Years, beginning 01 April 2002. All interested and responsible parties are encouraged to submit a request for the RFP. Award will be made on a best value basis. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
