Single award term contract for the period beginning 12-01-01 to 11-30-02. Multiple-part carbonless paper sets, 4 x 6" up to 8-1/2 x 11", printing in a single ink and edge bonding. Anticipating up to 25 orders per month for approximately 50 to 60,000 sets of 1to 7 parts per order. Operations include film making, composition, printing, cutting, drilling, perforating, numbering, padding, packing and delivery. Copy pickup in Rockville, MD. Quality level IV.
