Description

The Technical Point of Contact for this Program has changed. The Technical Point of Contact is Malinda G. Pagett, Office of Naval Research, Code 351, (703) 588-1047, E-mail: Malinda_Pagett@onr.navy.mil. Offerors will be notified on or about 27 July 2001 of the categorization of their white papers. Offers will receive specific recommendations concerning the submission of full proposals based on the categorization of their white papers. Technical and cost proposals will be due 2:00 PM, EST, on 27 August 2001 following notification from the AO FNC AUV Autonomy Program Office on or about 27 July 2001. Due to a change in the requirements, early submission of full proposals are not encouraged at this time. BAA 01-017 will be amended on or about on or about 20 July 2001 which will contain a revision to the requirements and Proposal Information Package (PIP).
