Description

This is a sources sort proposal under commercial item. VAMC-Atlanta is interested in conducting a 90 day collection test on our third party accounts 31-90 days delinquent and $200.00 or more. Results of test will be compared to current system for collections to determine which method will be more advantageous to the Government. Interested parties will be evaluated on price, past experience, and technical capabilities. Companies are to forward at least the following information: Their price or costing strategy, list of services that will be provided, company history to include length of time in performing this tpye of service, success rate percentage, references, and company principals. This list is not inclusive but provides minimum information needed to make a selection. All evaluation factors when combined are approximately equal to price. Selected company will have access to our data base for a specified portion of accounts during trial period. Company will also receive security training on our access system.
