Description

The U.S. Department of Education (ED), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), intends to award a simplified acquisition to acquire commercially available off-the-shelf, MS Windows 2000 compatible software that will allow the OIG?s Hotline staff to manage complaints feedback received from the general public and U.S. Department of Education employees. ED expects to make one award for 12 months from the date of award. The software must be installed and fully operational by September 30, 2001. The issue date is July 13, 2001 and the closing date is July 31, 2001.
