GSA, FSS intends to establish Standing Price Quotes (SPQ) for 6 National Stock Numbers listed below. These SPQ's will cover 5136 -- Tap, Thread Cutter, Die, in the GSA's Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB destination. The following clauses apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction -- Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware, D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, 552.246-70 Source Inspection applies to all items except 5, E-FSS-521-D Inspection at destination applies to items 5. Awards will be based on price and deliver time (DARO). A "not to exceed" one-year SPQ is requested, quantities stated below are estimates based on the last two years usage.
