Description

The USAD, ARS, MSA, Southern Regional Research Center, located at Houma, Louisiana has a future construction project to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform work in strict accordance of the specification requirements (lab and main building) as follows: A. Demolition of existing HVAC , lab and casework and other misc. B. Provide new (est @ 2 ton)HVAC system, complete minor construction. POP est @ 120 days ARO. Other additives include but not limited at: casework and assoicated plumbing and electrical work within rooms 103 and 103a. Additive bid item No. 2, rooms 104 same scope as bid additive No.1. Various other rooms 105 and 106, same scope of work.The estimate cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. An IFB Package will be issued around or after August 02, 2001.
