Description

Furnish all required plant, labor, equipment and materials to complete all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing built-up roofing, insulation, blocking, flashings, and gravel ballast from administration, dining, and sleeping areas. Install new insulation, blocking, flashings, and built-up roof. Expand mechanical penthouse. No historical properties are involved. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. This project is Subject to the Availability of Funds (SAF). Estimated issue date is 2 Aug 01. This project is unrestricted with a dollar magnitude of over $10,000,000.
