Description

DESC: This serves as "Notice of Intent" to issue a purchase order under, the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Clark Power Products, Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona. The following is a list of required items: 1 ea., T93003 System Panel with Trip/Close Command Current Recording; 1 ea., T9120 Module OCB With Resistance; 1 ea., T9153 Module 3 Motion; 1 ea., TR3190 Transducer -- Linear/ Rotary. This Database is provided by Doble Engineering Company and can be applied directly to the necessary Western data bases and will allow the performance of essential programming which is required to fulfill these mandated requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for quotes. Alternatives to the Doble Engineering Company Software may be considered with written response and must be accompanied by clear and convincing evidence that comparable items(s) is /are available, and it is more advantageous to the government than to award to Clark Power Products. If no affirmative written response(s) is /are received within 5 days after publication of this notice, a sole source order with Clark Power Products will be made.
