Description

1. The Department of State, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is seeking quotes for 20,400 each Military Type BA-3791/U Alkaline nonrechargeable battery packs for use on PRC-80 and PRC-730 Military radios (detailed battery specifications provided on "Request For Quotation"). 2. These batteries are required over the next two years with deliveries of 2,550 batteries per Quarter(3 Month Intervals)during the 2 year contract period. 3. First shipment is required as soon as possible after award of contract. Vendor quote to provide date of first delivery after receipt of order. 4. Pricing is to include FOB shipment to Miami, Florida. 5. All bids are due by 12:00 Noon on July 31, 2001. Copies of "Request For Quotation" (Standard Form 18) may be obtained by request to FAX number 202-776-8686. 6. Completed quotes may be returned to the same FAX number on or before due date. 7. All quotes are to include Vendor Tax ID and DUNS Numbers. 8. Contact indicated above is available only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each workweek for further consultation. 9. The successful Bidder is required to submit a "Free Battery Sample" to the Department of State contact within 7 working days after close of the bidding process for final quality evaluation.
