Description

See numbered notes 1,9,13, and 26. This solicitation will be issued as a total small-business set-aside for the purchase of the Mapboard, Tent, NSN 8340-01-327-6124 which shall be manufactured in accordance with MIL-T-8228. There will be a minimum quantity of 800, and a maximum quantity of 3,000 each. There will be six deliveries 180 days after date of award. Destinations are Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA and Defense Distribution Depot Tracey, CA. All materials used are to be furnished by the contractor. FAR Part 12 procedures do not apply. Best Value, Source Selection is required under this solicitation, the following evaluation factors are included in this proposal (Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Socioeconomic Consideration, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal).
