Description

The Naval Medical Center intends to issue and Indifinite Delivery Type Contract, on a sole source basis, with Linvatec Corp, 11155 Concept Blvd. Fl, 33773, for service maintenance and refurbishment on four Rigid Endoscopes . Period of performance will be from 01 Aug thru 20 Sept 01. The proposed requirement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106. Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. POC will be Ms Tess Bayquen and can be reached via email at Tsbayquen@nmcsd.med.navy.mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however , the government will consider all responses within 10 days after the publication of this synopsis . Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
