- Maintenance Service Contract for the period 01 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 with four 1-year option periods for GE Medical Systems Advantx X-Ray System (3 each) and DMR Mammography System (1 each) to include on call maintenance and preventive maintenance service. It is the Government's intent to issue a sole source award to GE Medical Systems, Milwaukee, WI, 53201. See Numbered Note 22.
