Description

The Ohio Army National Guard intends to place recruiting advertisements on the Bengal WebPages, the scoreboard, distribution of literature pertaining to National Guard programs during pre-game of the Bengal's v Broncos game, and have an opportunity to provide a Color Guard for one game. The proposed contract actions for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a quote, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Telephone or facsimile proposals are nto accepted. Only written proposals directly from the proposer will be accepted.
