Description

NOTE: Any prospective bidder/offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation must register on our website at https://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/ This solicitation will be available on or about 08/01/01. Only paper copies of this solicitation will be available and will be provided free of charge. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the internet after solicitation issuance. Description of work: Provide renovation/repairs to the existing fire training facilities. Work to include but not limited to replacement of existing propane gas lines, valves and pumps; replacement of existing igniter switches; reworking water controls; construct tail opening in aircraft mock-up; and test the facility upon completion of work. Bidders are required to have successfully completed work on similar facilities that have been commissioned by the Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimatd cost range of project is from $100,000 to $500,000. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
