Description

Renovate Outpatient Psychiatry, Project Number 632-315, The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Northport, New York has a requirement for the renovation of Buildings 63, 1st floor south wing and # 64, entire first floor located at 79 Middleville Road, Northport, New York. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to completely modernize these areas all in accordance with VA drawings and specifications. Work includes all preparation, demolition, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hvac,and abatement. The VA contemplates a firm fixed price construction contract award. The construction cost range for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Estimated completion time is 360 calendar days. NAICS Code is 233320, SBA Size Std is 27.5m.
