Description

U.S. Army Installation Business Office-Contracting has a requirement to furnish all labor, equipment, materials (save Government furnished material identified in the contract plans), and transportation to perform all work necessary to install a complete and in place underground sprinkler system for Stryker Golf Course, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, electrical work, pipe, fittings, drain valves and boxes, gate valves, and air relief valves, etc. Estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The proposed requirement is set aside for qualified HUBZone small business concerns certified by the Small Business Administration. Bid opening date and time will be included in the solicitation. For determining business size on this project, the Standard North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 235110 and to be considered a small business under this code, average annual receipts for a firm and its affiliates for the past three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million. The FSC/Service Code is Y299. Contractors wishing to do business with the Government must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for any awards resulting from solicitations issued after 1 June 1998 or the contractor will not be eleigible for award. This requirement applies to all solicitations and awards, regardless of the media: paper, oral, fax, electronic, etc. Contractors may register in CCR through the World Wide Web at www.ccr2000.com or telephone 1-888-227-2423.
