Description

The project consists of construction of paved and gravel surfaced roads and parking areas, two, two riser vault masonry toilet buildings, one four riser flush masonry toilet building, steel armadas, concrete sidewalks, curbing, grid power, water and sewer systems, and installation of camping and picnic amenities. The project is located on the south side of Roosevelt Lake, on the Tonto Basin Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest, Sections 21, 22 and 27, Township 04 North, Range 12 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian, near Roosevelt, Arizona. Driving time from Phoenix, Arizona is approximately 2 hours. The contract time is 180 days. Price Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid Guarantee Required
