Description

Renovate Moon Hall, Building D-3601, 3rd and 4th Floors, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, tools, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation and any other items necessary to perform all work necessary for the renovation of Moon Hall, Building D-3601, 3rd and 4th Floors in strict compliance with the technical provisions and plans. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this effort. This acquisition is being set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 233320, threshold of $27.5 million (formally know as Standard Industry Code (SIC) 1522). It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the internet at: www.ccr2000.com to register). Upon release to the public, the solicitation will be available via the internet at website: http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.HTM Drawings and Technical Provisions for the project will be available in hard copy and will have to be requested separately in writing. No telephone requests will be honored. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list.
