Description

DESC: NSN: 1010-01-123-6705, Part Number 3269411, The item to procure is a Vertical Cam Assembly. Requirements are 250 each, Vertical Cam Assemblies. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. The Vertical Cam Assembly consists of the vertical cam, lever drive lock, and block. The parts are close tolerance machined from steel 4130 chrome-molybdenum bar (aircraft quality). Welding Per MIL-STD-1261 is required. Magnetic particle and chromium plate cam surface per QQ-C-320 is required. The approximate size is 16.562 inches X 2 inches X 1.322 inches. A first article test is required. FOB is Destination. This item is for use on the MK19 Grenade Machine Gun. Estimated issue date is 3 August 2001. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY01 requirement. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
