Description

RFQ: SP0440-01-Q-RB23: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (6680-01-082-6802) SHAFT ASSEMBLY, FLEXIBLE. Offers will be solicited for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), with a base year and up to four option years or until the aggregate amount of all delivery orders equal $100,000.00. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. Delivery 280 days ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 10%. There is currently three approved sources of supply: AM General Corp. (34623) P/N: M-A280V-20000; Steward Warner Corp (57733) P/N: 446900-1F-52; and Clark Brothers Instruments Co. (65496) P/N: GFS-104300. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Offerors not cited as acceptable sources are required to obtain source approval from the design control activity. Source approval requests/technical data packages must be submitted to DSCR with the offer. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective 1 June 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
