This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with aditional information included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. the solicitation number N46450-01-T-0047 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, SOLE SOURCE (SEE NUMBERED Note 22); NAICS Code 333911, FSC Code 4320. Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga requires this part to be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer -- WARREN PUMP. the end-use item is a WARREN PUMP manufacturing ID #3XXX2.5. The requested quantity is for four(4) each PLUNGER ASSY, Part number 408Z0020 to be delivered to Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Georgia 31547.
