Description

This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The resultant contract will be awarded in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. Note: This is a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 42144. The Small Business size is 100 employees. NOAA requires the services of a contractor to develop an exterior signage vision for the Silver Spring NOAA campus. NOAA would like to advance the use of the NOAA logo in the compliment of signage that is ultimately installed. The contractor may submit several options to creatively design, fabricate and install the exterior signage for SSMCII and SSMCIII and electronic message board depicting weather information for SSMCII. The contractor shall prepare and process variance paperwork on NOAA's behalf for approval for variance or zoning exception if required and is responsible for securing approval from Montgomery County, Maryland. Each sign option approved by the Government must then be coordinated with Foulger Pratt, the landlord/management company of SSMC II, III, & IV and be approved by them in concept and location.
