Description

The Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award to SPARTA, Inc., 6000 Technology Drive, Building 3, Huntsville, AL 35805 for Qualitative Data Verification (QDV) Plan implementation and QDV analyses. Primary performance at Huntsville, AL with travel to other sites. Contractor shall possess in-house knowledge and experience in: threat system configuration and evaluation, QDV scenarios for integrated SAMs and mobile missile operations, analyze data using Quick Look and other analytical techniques. The award will contain options for follow-on analysis support. Due to the nature of support, support within 24 hours of tasking routinely required.See Numbered Note(s) 13, 22, 26.
