This notice modifies the announcement originally advertized on the CBD on 05 June 2001. The functions being affected by this A-76 study are located in Port Hueneme, California, and Washington, D.C. Due to the type of work being conducted by the Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center, it is required that contractor's personnel be United States Citizens. Additionally, some of the functions involve working with top secret information; therefore, the company and some of the personnel must have a top secret clearance.
