Description

Correction: The original announcement published in the CBD on or about 6 July 2001 is hereby corrected as follows: The school projects must be completed in approximately 480 days. This is not a DESIGN BUILD RENOVATION project. A design firm(s) are currently working on the design for subject schools. The technical evaluation criteria follows: 1. General Contractor Relevant Experience: The offeror will meet this criteria by submitting the information listed in paragraph 5.1 for a minimum of four projects that are similar in size and nature and completed within the last five years. Physical completion is the date of acceptance of the project for use, but may not have been fiscally closed out. 2. General Contractor Past Performance: The offeror will meet this criteria by demonstrating that it has satisfactorily completed the projects named in paragraph 5.1. The Government considers the submission of acceptable information stated above in paragraph 5.2 and no overall unsatisfactory or marginal CCASS ratings on other projects as meeting the minimum qualifications for this criteria. 3. Project Management Plan: The offeror will meet this criteria by submitting a Plan that addresses the features of the project to include subcontractor, submittal, cost and schedule management. The Government considers the submittal of a detailed Plan that incorporates these elements as meeting the minimum requirements for these criteria.
