Description

The Army requires an IDIQ construction contract for Miscellaneous Concrete Pavement Repairs, Ft Stewart, and Hunter AAF and shall be complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items. Remove existing sealant and backing material from joints. Reseal joints as directed. Prepare and seal cracks in pavement. Repair spalls in pavement as directed. Remove and replace slabs as directed. Contractor shall remove all debris and demolished material to the appropriate sites. Contractor will be allowed to use the landfill at Ft. Stewart. The landfill at Hunter will not be used. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 235710. The size standard is $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 with a guaranteed minimum $50,000.00. This solicitation will be posted on the Internet only.
