Description

The Forest Service requires construction of a repository to accept high metals content tailings from the Nancy Lee Mine and Millsite; construction and upgrading of access roads, excavation and hauling of tailings and waste rock to the repository and placement of coversoil and topsoil, seeding and fertilizing of all disturbed areas. The project is located on the Superior Ranger District, Lolo National Forest, Mineral County, Montana. Proposals are due September 4, 2001. The estimated start work date is June 1, 2002. The performance period is approximately 90 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
