Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Far subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Cicular 97-26. Procedures will be followed according to Far part 13, 51-212-1, 2,3,4, & 5. The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Serviced (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to acquire 65 # PSE-2001 portable sinks to be shipped to 33 different addresses from the Midwest (MN) to the Virgin Islands. Monsam portable sink. Brand name or equal. A fixed price purchase order will result. F.O.B. Destination. NAICS Code 326199. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 3, 2001, BY 10:00 AM local time.
