Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit procurement under the commercial item format for estimated quantities of Fresh Frozen Plasma and Apheresed Fresh Frozen Plasma, with a Contractor who can meet the requirements for providing plasma to VISN 16, consisting of ten (10) hospitals. Period of performance shall be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with two(2) Option years. Solicitation will be available o/a August 2, 2001. Requests for solicitaiton must be in writing; faxed requests accepted at 713-794-7869. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
