Description

This proposed contract action is for accessory items for a JOEL NMR System for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The requirement is for a solid state probe, a solids accessory equipped for C-13 observation with high power amplifiers, and a variable temperature control to expand the capabilities of the Agency's JOEL NMR System to enable analyses of solid samples in their natural state.
