Description

AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION This is an amendment to extend the response date of RFP 261-0204-01 from 072301 to 083101. The VAPAHCS will update the requirements (SOW, quantities, schedule and specifications) NLT 072731. We will amend the solicitation package and post it at our web site: http://vaww.va.gov/. Potential offerors must download all information from this location in an electronic format. We will conduct additional site visits by 081701 (details will be in the amended solicitation) Responses to the amended RFP will be due by 4:00PM on 083101. Veteran Affairs, Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), located at 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, intends to award a contract for the procurement of commercial tree services including: tree and/or stump removal, pruning, cabling, removal and disposal of resulting waste and debris for the VAPAHCS on a one-time basis. The contractor shall provide all supervision, professional advice/guidance, labor, parts, materials, equipment, and personnel, to provide these services. The services will be performed at our Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Livermore Divisions.
