- Modification to CBD submission No. 50S1V9 dated July 18, 2001 -- 11:25. The previous notice stated this is not a Small business Set Aside. That has been changed to reflect this will be competed among Emerging Small Businesses only. "Emerging small business," as used in this subpart, means a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) code assigned to a contracting opportunity(FAR 19.1002).
