Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency services, and inspections of Government owned air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as specified in the scope of work. This acquisition is one hundred per cent (100%) set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 1711 and the small business size is $7.0 mil. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract for a base year and two option years.
