Description

The Presidio of Monterey, CA requires the services of a Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) Service. The scope of work consists of the contractor providing short-term problem solving and referral services to Government employees and/or their family members covering any emotional or behavorial problem including, but not limited to alcoholism, drug abuse, job-related/family strtess, financial problems, legal, marital, or health problems, parenting and childcare, career change, pre-retirement issues, situational conflict which may adversely impact on work performance. The contractor must be licensed by the State of California as a Marriage and Family Counselor (MFC), Licensed Counselor of Social Work (LCSW), or licensed as a practicing Psychologist. Consideration will be limited to a 25-mile radius of the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The contractor shall be required to provide his/her own facililty. There are no offices available for this service at the Presidio of Monterey, CA due to privacy issues. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 62419 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5 Million. Proposals shall, as a minimum, be evaluated based on Organization's/Individual's Past Performance and Experience. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The contract shall contain a base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Anticipated release is 20 August 2001.
